Full-auto production line for small rectangular can bodies
Square can production line allows a max. working speed of 80 cans per minute and an average working speed of 60 cans per minutes. The production line integrates multiple manufacturing procedures together, including dual-die forming, seam welding locating, dual-die expanding and forming, top flanging, top seaming, U-turn, bottom seaming. Thus, square cans will be produced.
Major features:
1. Ultrasonic sensor is adopted to welding procedure, allowing correctly positioned welding seams.
2. Dual-station expanding unit is adopted for higher uniformity and higher working efficiency.
3. Integrated flanging and seaming unit is adopted for either its bottom or top at a single time, well preventing the deformation.
4. Introducing Spanish seaming technique to reach a high seaming rate - 80 cans per minute.
5. Adopting successive rotary lid delivery structure for the achieving of stable delivery and fast delivery.

Vertical delivery of the cans → Dual-station welding seam positioning→ Dual-station expanding → Bottom flanging → Bottom seaming → Turn can over → Top flanging → Top seaming → Finished product

Full-auto production line for small rectangular cans is fully mechanically, which adopts cams for transmission, can conveying and can holding. Thanks to its adjustable working speed and protection device, the production line always features a smooth and safe operation.
The reset groove for expanding process is designed to avoid spring fatigue and make its working more durable. Internal and external grooved pulley design assures uniform and fast flanging and good seaming quality.

Full-auto production line for 18L square cans
Full-auto production line is used for the production of big square cans’ bodies, whose volume could be 18L, 20L or etc. The line is fully automatic and it allows an output of 40 CPM. Full-auto production line is one of the most advanced equipment by now and is suitable for mass production of square cans.
