Twist Off Cap
Features
1. Our tin plate twist off cap has an optional safety button or ladder.
2. This bottle cap is coated both internally and externally, and the inside is padded with a PVC sealant.
3. The twist off cap is applicable for different treatments, including hot filling, cooling, pasteurization, and cooking.
4. The tin plate thickness ranges from 0.15 mm to 0.18 mm, and the coating thickness on the double sides is 2.8g/m2.
5. Our tug cap's protective coating is in accordance with all FDA regulations and can have direct contact with food.
6. The coating is available in white or gold printings, or varnishes.
